Other spices: cooking oil, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, fish sauce, pepper.
How to marinate delicious grilled beef
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients for marinating
Onions, garlic: Peel, wash, then smash and chop. After chopping, put them together in a bowl or jar of your choice.
Lemongrass: Squeeze the old sheath, cut off the root, then also smash and chop. Put the minced lemongrass part with the previous part of onion and garlic.
